These MVP terms are a starting draft and must be reviewed against applicable South African law before launch.

Listings

Breeders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including health disclosures, photographs and availability. Misleading listings may be suspended. Listings run for 30 days from verified payment and do not renew automatically.

Parent photographs are required before publication; breeders with a genuine exception may request a review instead of uploading a misleading photo. Listings must not imply puppies are available before the applicable minimum separation age.

Payments

Listing fees are fixed: R100 standard, R150 provincial feature, R250 national feature, with upgrades charged at the difference only. The platform never handles payment for puppies themselves. Those transactions happen directly between buyer and breeder, entirely at their own risk.

Liability

ZA Pupmarkets is a classifieds service. We do not breed, sell, transport or take custody of animals, and we do not verify breeders or litters. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for transactions between users.
